Having trouble finding your ac adapter or model needed

On the label of the ac adapter you will find

Voltage Amps and Part Numbers.

You want to match these numbers. The voltage and amps will also match the ratings on the laptop label

Some manufactures put more then one part number on an ac adapter

Never use an Ac Adapter that is under the specified voltage and amps.

The next item you want to match is the tip of the ac adapter shape and size.

All because the Voltage and Amps match this does not mean the tip will

Why do I have to move it make it work?

All ac adapters here are fully inspected before being put up for sale.

Most likely a cracked dc jack that is why it will work sometimes when you move it around

This the part the ac adapter plugs into. This is also an expensive repair.

You may have a small crack in it but it will get worse over time

Be careful because it will blow out an ac adapter if it shorts

If you turn out the lights and look at the hole when moving the plug you might see sparks

If this the case it is cracked and should be repaired

A new ac adaptor will not fix this problem

Sometimes the plastic in dc jack wears out over time and you no longer have a good fit.
